A: We hold certifications from BRC, IFS, ISO22000, RSPO, BSCI, SMETA, SEE and so on.

Q: What are your small animal products mainly made of? Do they contain any harmful chemicals or dyes?

A: Our products are crafted from 100% plants which include natural grasses, vegetables and fruits. Containing no plastics, adhesives, artificial colors or flavors, they’re completely biodegradable and water-soluble, causing no harm to pets and the environment.

Q: What makes your product a good choice for small animals?

A: Edible ingredients, novel textures and unique designs all together create the versatility of our products. They function as multifunctional hideouts, feeders and chew toys, while also serving as treats, enrichment tools and cage decorations. These products support the instinctual behaviors of small animals, including chewing, hiding and foraging, keeping them entertained and healthy both physically and mentally.

Q: What’s your production capability?

A: With 21,000m² GMP facilities and industry-leading equipment, we are capable to produce 12,000 tons of pet treats and chew toys per year.

Q: What are the countries you are exporting to? Are you familiar with rules and regulations of the importing countries? Do you have certificates for shipments?

A: Currently we are exporting to the US, South American countries, the UK and EU countries, Japan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand. As an experienced manufacturer and exporter, we know the procedures very well. Official documents such as Health Certificate and Veterinary Certificate are mandatory for every shipment.

Q: Do you do OEM or ODM? How do you help customers develop a new project?

A: We provide OEM, ODM, private label and customized services. Various teams including design, technique, production and sales work together and provide 3D drawings, mould design, formulation, sampling, pricing, packaging and so on.
